Can’t connect hbd/Bev e370 to sky q

Hi I can’t get my home theatre to work with a 1tb skyq and Panasonic tx-p50gt30b. I’ve tried hdmi and optical cables but no luck. I’m thinking tha I’m missing something obvious. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure how you have everything connected, but you can find different examples in the Startup Guide.
