Hi.
I have connected ht-G700 soundbar with Samsung Q60 TV. I am using high speed HDMI cables for 4K UHD. The cable is plugged in in the eArc HDMI out on the TV and eArc in on the soundbar. That should make it possible to have Dolby Atmos sound… and it does so for some minutes. It stops receiving Dolby Atmos and the signal is transformed to, according to the display, LPCM. Then it can change back to Atmos and then change again constantly during the film. All other sound formats work great but not Atmos. The eArc is enabled on the tv. It is when streaming 4K films with Dolby Atmos from Netflix the problem turns up. Restarting the soundbar doesn’t help. Nor do other audio settings. Playing 4K DVD with excellent sound works fine. Someone who can give me a hint how to solve the problem?
Thank´s

I agree with Peter, but it could also be a Netflix or network issue, since discs play completely fine. It might be worth it to go through the settings (possibly with Samsung support, 2 birds 1 stone).
Hi,
Guess it's an issue of the TV - have you asked Samsung about this issue?
Cheers
Peter
I guess you are right. It occurs even on other channels than Netflix. Thank¨s
