S570 not connecting via wireless

Am unable to connect BDP-S570 via wireless. Does connect via ethernet but bought this player because of wireless connectivity. Called Help Desk and after few minutes dicussion they felt that there was no issue with player as when using "scan" function my network is identified.

Have moved tv, player and router (Belkin F5D7632) into the office to avoid interference by any other source. Both laptops and printer connect via wireless and v good signal strength.

V frustrating!! Any suggestions as to how I can diagnose the problem, or indeed resolve?

I have the same problem. My BDP-S570 used to connect to the wireless just fine, but stopped working a few weeks back. I left for the holidays and tried again today, but could not connect.

I detects the wireless router, but after entering the password and going for all default option, it does not connect.

Rather odd, as I have 2 laptops, a phone, a Wii and a printer which all connect flawlessly.

This seems to be a recurrent theme on support forums, would there be a construction fault or a bug in the S570?

Just had John Lewis check it out and the player has a problem with wi-fi. Will receive new player next week!
