sony bdv-n8100w black screen after strange flash

hi 

it was work fine ... i was on the menu .. whene the screen flash than strage colors showd up than black screen .... 

the sound works fine but no picture  ... i changed the HDMI .. reset the bluray by pressing STOP & _VOI ....i reset the TV ... tried it on other TV ... 

nothing happend ...

Hi there

You said you tried it on another TV too.  I assume it failed too - as im not clear.  If so, i guess the only thing left is a hardware issue (as you have already reset the player and changed hdmi cables).  Best contact a Sony Service centre to get it looked at.  See:

i want to know whene i press and hold PLAY and -VOL it shold reset the video resolution ... but the screen panle of the bluray dose not change or do any thing ... is that normal or i have miss somthing 

and if its HDMIOUT port issus ... it should work with HDMI IN with the HDMI ARC on the TV .... 

one more befor the problem whene i connect the BDV to the TV with the HDMI cable ... on the BDV there is hdmi light shows up ... but now it dose not show up any more
