I have been a happy user so far, and even bought a second hand STR-DN840 for a friend because of Spotify connect. Something I used frequently. But to my great surprise this does not work anymore?
What happened and why?

Hi, can you elaborate more on how is it not working? do you get an error message when you try to use it? what happens exactly?
Also have you tried to to reset it to the default settings since it was working fine before?
