Sony UBP-X800M2

So I have had my Sony UBP-X800M2 4K Blu-ray player now for 4 years and today it will not recognise any disc I put in 4K or standard Blu-Ray or DVD.

Has anyone else had this issue and how have you resolved the issue?

It Looks like this is still the most up to date model from Sony, so I could simply replace my one with a new identical model, but would have thought in 4 years Sony would have released an updated version.

Hi my model is only 8 weeks old and not playing certain B Blu-ray's then another film said this is Region B and C. Cannot play I thought this model was multiregional 6 different titles of B it will not play
