Have you signed up for a SEN account and joined Music Unlimited.  See : HERE

Does the TV ask you to input a pin number?  Are you typing in the correct pin number?

However, if you are not already a member of Music Unlimited, please do not join as this service will discontinue from March 29th for Bravia TVs
