Dear forum,
I have a 2015 Sony Bravia and netflix is stuck at the loading screen, I have tried all the recommended suggestions to fix the problem.
Resetting the router
Unplugging tv
factory reset
resetting network
refreshing network
The tv doesn't have have google play installed, so I can't access google play to update or delete/re install netflix
I can't force close netlfix as the options button only allows me to move netflix to my apps.
Ps Netflix was working fine but I I was having a few problems with Netflix so I logged in and out of the program and now I'm stuck at the netflix loading screen.
Thanks for your help in advance !x

Hey snarble, thank you for updating the thread. Mark as resolved if you may.
Hi @snarble
You don’t mention checking that you are on the latest software. What is the full model number of your TV?
Hey thanks for replying!
Model number for my 2015 Sony Bravia is KDL -32W705C
There's no option I can see to update the TV's software, I've have been through all the settings on the home screen.
You should be able to update the TVs firmware by accessing the Software Update feature through your TVs menus
try Home> Settings> Customer Support> Software Update. (not all Sony TVs have the same menus set up so yours may be different to mine)
Your TV needs to be connected to your network either via WiFi or Ethernet.
If you prefer you can download the firmware to a computer.
Or you can click on this page, https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs/kdl-32w705c/downloads
Click on the Firmware update and download the software to your computer, once downloaded you can copy the
download to a USB flash drive and attach it to your TV and install the firmware that way.
Read all instructions thoroughly before installing.
Hey there,
I'd add that after the update, perform a factory reset if it didn't work.
If the reset won't help as well, you're gonna need to contact Sony at this point I'd say.
Maybe try a different network as well, like your hotspot, instead of your home network.
Hope this helps.
Hey all sorry for late reply, after I posted TV started restarting randomly so I figured it was a hardware problem and(as I understand) repairing these things edges close to the cost of a new budget smart TV(which is all I need) so I just got new smart LG TV. Case closed!x
