Hope there's someone who can advise me.
Yesterday I've bought a new 22" monitor (Samsung 226BW) which I've attached to my laptop (Sony VGN S5XP). The display mode is set to Dualview, with my laptop set to primary display.
The problem now is that when I try to play a DVD with WinDVD I get the 'create overlay failed' error message, which suggest to lower the screen resolution or colour depth. Both these solution don't solve the problem. I've done a google search and found a couple of sites with several suggestions. None of this seems to help.
Does anyone have any suggestions maybe?
