Delivery times for a customisable laptop ( S seires)

I have been wondering when my order will come.. it has been 3 weeks already. When will it be done?

Did you eventually receive your laptop? How long did it take in the end? I've just ordered a VAIO SE and order status has remained unchanged since the day i bought it, a week and a half ago
