hello
i downloaded world of tanks on my vaio sve1512c5e and when i click play it says "the program cant start because d3dx10_43.dll is missing from your computer"
After researching it i think its a direct x problem so i tried to download direct x 9 to solve the problem
but upon installation its says" a cabinet file neccessary for installation cannot be trusted, please verify the cyrptographic services are enabled and the file certificate is valid"
they are enabled so i dont no what to do
(btw its a windows 8 64bit)
does windows 8 have direct x 11 pre installed?
