My Sony laptop freezes while watching videos in fullscreen mode.. what could be the problem..?

I gave it for repair a couple of days before.. the guy cleaned all my hardware parts.. n did something with my graphics chip.. after that it worked well for  a day... but again the problem arised.. what could be my problem..??

Which Vaio model do you have?

Have you tried downloading Everest Home or PC Wizard to see what the temperature is of your CPU and GPU?  Does your Vaio get hot?
