I too am trying to hook up my Vista Vaio FZ21E to my TV via the s-video out socket but I get no picture at all. I'm plugging in to an s-video input on my Sony DVD player (which is then connected to the TV). I know this should because it works fine with my daughter's HP computer running XP. If I switch inputs on the DVD and then switch back, the display appears in black and white, flickers wildly for a few seconds and then disappears.
Any idea what the problem is? Thanks ...
