Sony VAIO - copy of original preload software required

Sony VAIO VGN-FZ21E - the recovery disks I created when I purchased the notebook do not work, please can anyone advise whether the original preload software is available  to download?  Thanks for your help.

Hi kwardale,

The pre-installed software is not available to download due to licencing restrictions. If you require this then you will need to order a set of recovery disks from support.

The out of warranty number from within the UK is 0905 0310006 (Fixed: 0.35£/min)

Drivers and utilities are available on the support site for your model.
