Unable to run Application Recovery Disc (AR21S/XP MCE)

Just before Christmas I deleted the recovery partition as I needed the space. I have the two recovery discs I made but when I insert the Application Recovery Disc (I want to reinstall WinDVD BD) it autoruns but gives me an error:

VARU.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetProductInfo could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

Is there any way to fix this or somewhere I can download the version of WinDVD BD that came with my laptop?

Unfortunately the original XP Version of WinDVD BD cannot be reinstalled from your Recovery Discs as a single item and cannot be downloaded. The only way to reinstall it is as part of a Full System Recovery back to the original settings.
