You are quoting the chassis model which is often shared by the whole series of Vaios.
You need to find a valid Vaio Model - it will be something like VPCCW1S1E - and you can find it:
1. On the screen surround when the lid is open
2. In Control Panel -> Vaio Control Centre -> System Info
3. In the BIOS Screens
4. On the box
Once you find the correct model, you can find Support on the model's webpage. The Pages for the VPCCW1S1E/B can be found here: -

Of course your model may be a different one - the last letter is the colour of the Vaio (b=black)
