Vaio S Series 2.5" SSD caddy/SATA cable?

I need to replace the Toshiba SSD drives that came with my Vaio SB laptops. Both machines current use mSATA (small connector and caddy) but I want to drop in two Intel SSD SATA drives. I need the full size SATA connector, and a caddy/caddy rails to fit the 2.5" drives.

Does anyone know which part numbers I need, or where to obtain the parts in the UK?

Alternatively, do any other Vaios use the same caddy rails and connector, such as the SZ?

I don't think so. Old and new Vaio models have different functionalities.
