Having contacted Sony customer services and provided proof of purchase, they have still not provided the advertised Qobuz voucher. When I chased them for a response, - I just get "We can confirm that your case has been escalated for further investigation"
Having emailed for an update after 3 WEEKS, I am told it is still "under investigation"
Investigating what! - advertised a free voucher with the purchase of the product (AV Receiver) and have not provided the voucher as promised, despite my purchase complying with their terms.
Has anyone else had this issue?
