Dear Sony,

I am a long-time Sony Xperia /Sony products #PS4 #Audio#Camera#Everything for about 10 years now I am highly upset that you guys have not fixed this issue I had the same problem in my Sony Xperia XZ1 and I thought what if I get the upgrade to the XZ2 that the issue would be fixed well it was until I updated my phone to the last firmware update working perfectly fine until this this is really making me want to switch to a Samsung or an iPhone which I really don't want to do I absolutely despise iPhone but they don't have these type of problems nor the Samsung or even Hawaiee you guys really need to get it together because you guys are not even responding to us nor fixing the problem is this is happening even in the xz-2 premium and the Xperia one I don't see you guys lasting very long
