Hello!

So I'm trying to create a PS account, when i used my email, it said that I already have an account with this email, you can link both accounts, I click on link , I got redirected to another page where it say "Unable to link your account ",  "Your account cannot be linked because you don't meet the eligibility requirements. the service is not available in your country region."

I've communicated with both Sony and PlayStation in my country and both were useless.
