Email disappears from inbox

My email downloads, appears in the inbox and then disappears before I finish reading it.  Is there something I haven't set correctly and where has it gone?

Have you tried changing the email setting from POP to IMAP.?

It happens to me all the time... but it's for a simple and pretty good reason. When my home pc is online, it downloads my mail and keeps it (POP configuration); it can happen while I'm reading a mail on my tablet.

If you want to be able to read (and manage) your mails from either your tablet and your home pc, you must set your mail server to IMAP on both your home pc and tablet 😉
