I'm having an issue downloading PS Games on my new S1 tablet, there are a few posts around this area but can't find one with someone having the same issue ...
I am going into the PS Store App, and attempting to install a game (I've tried Cool Boarders, Kula World and Jet Rider)
When I try to download, the files download with the message "Downloading Required Files..."
When the file completes I get a message something like Could not open in PS Store.
I have checked the Favourites and the games have not been added.
And whatever was downloaded doesn't appear in the Download App's history.
If I try again I get the message "Could not download" until I clear the data for the PS Store App.
Not sure if it's connected to this, but I am also unable to log into PSN in the Playstation App, when I log in (I have to enter my login details each time, it does not automatically pick up my account like with the Video Unlimited App) I get the message "Your PSN session has expired, please sign in again" straight away, I have tried resetting my password.
I have tried restarting, ensuring no apps are running when the download completes, ensuring only the PS Store App is running when the download completes.
I have tried deleting the PS Store App and re-upgrading the Playstation App to get it back.
It is probably also worth noting I can get into Video Unlimited and have downloaded a couple of films without issue, so my PSN account works (both before and after the password reset).
And FYI I'm running, the official Android 3.2.1.
All help appreciated, I can't think what else to try
Thanks
Steve
My first thought would be to go to settings>applications>unknown and tick the box allowing installation from sources other than the market.
