Hi,
I got the new update to my tablet, but after I pressed restart to install all I've seen is one screen with an android robot, 3 dots underneath him of which the left 1 is green and the right 2 are white, and a picture underneath showing that you need to keep your tablet plugged in. I have checked that the tab is on ac power - the light by the power button is green (was red) to show it's charging. I'm reluctant to press the full reset button whilst the tab might be in the middle of updating, but it's now been going for 6 hours (!) so i'm pretty sure there must be something wrong... Does anyone have any hints or tips on how to get it to respond?
