At home?

Is there a signal? On other devices?

WiFi switched on?

Or mobile network.

If so, goto settings, search for reset network settings, do so and after that download your providers APN settings again.

The simplest possible solution you can try first would be a soft reset on the phone. This helps clear minor software glitches that may have caused network conflicts and minor Wi-Fi problems on the phone. Here’s how to perform a soft reset on your Xperia XZ3 smartphone:

  1. Press and hold down the Power button for a few seconds and then release when the menu opens.
  2. Tap Restart.
  3. Your phone then restarts automatically.

Alternatively, you can force your phone to restart by pressing and holding down the Power button and the Volume Up button simultaneously for about 6 seconds. diebestetest When your phone vibrates, release the buttons. Your phone then restarts.

I lost the ability to connect to both mobile network and WiFi

Performed a factory reset.

Now unable to get beyond the initial setup process as this requires a data connection.

Is this likely to be a hardware failure? Has anyone else experienced this? What is the solution?

I have the exact same issue and I feel it was since system update: 52.0.A.8.157. I've continually no network signal and now rely on Wifi. I gain signal every so often for it then to completely disappear. Is this similar to your problem?

I have the same problem

Не ловит сеть, с других телефонов ловит, в чем проблема, а телефон мне нужен для работы, если проблема не будет устранена я просто разочаруюсь в компании SONY, хотя много лет ей не изменяю

It doesn’t catch the network, it’s catching from other phones what the problem is, and I need a phone to work, if the problem is not fixed, I’ll just be disappointed with SONY, although I have not changed it for many years
