One of my sims simply stopped working, as in, I can't get a connection to any phone network.
I have two sims and I tested them individually on the first slot and one of them is connecting the other isn't - this means phone is working.
I tested the sim that is not working in another phone and it connects almost instantly - this means not a sim problem.
In dual sim mode there is no difference (one works, one doesn't).
So the issue seems to be that my phone has a problem with a specific sim and simply refuses to use it.
An interesting thing i noticed is that for the sim that works , in the prefered network type the options are 4g/3g/2g. When i put in the sim that doesn't work it says that my options are LTE/WCDMA/GSM. When I put the sim that doesn't work in the different phone it also shows preffered options as 4g/3g/2g. This is weird and inconsistent behaviour, maybe it means something. it's like if 4g shows in the menu it works, if lte shows up it doesn't. (Why would the menu change?)
I did not do any recent changes to the phone except for the software updates.
