Headphone Jack very loose when is right connection?

Hi Community,

I've had my phone a good few months now, realised my jack point of my phone were would plug my charger/headphone isnt fitting properly? Very loose and slightest movement ends with the connection coming out of the phone?

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
