My sony xperia xz premium was out of charge and I put it in the charger (The original charger), I tried to open the mobile while charging but it went in bootloop. I tried to open in safe mode but it didn't work.
It has fully charged and I am able to reach the unlock screen but after entering my pattern it reboots.
I tried to use the xperia companion but it can't detect the mobile.
I would appreciate if someone can help. Thanks
