"Unknown error" error

#XZ Premium
i've had this error for as long as i've had the phone. it's time Sony admits there was a fault in their camera production cause the error is very common and over a range of their products. I have been a sony head for more than half my life, dating back to the year of the w810i in 2007 i think and i've never used another device brand till this day. i've been through the Xperia Z, Z1, Z2, Z3, Z5 and they were perfect and then the Xz Premium came with the problems, i tried contacting Sony customer care but they couldn't replace the phone as i had ordered it from a European country andn i am in Botswana but this not only showed the lack of value for their customer, it also showed me that the contribution of one man to the cause isn't cherished by Sony!!!!! this is not lesser of a sony device now that it's in a different continent, i should get the same treatment as anyone else in a European country with a faulty device. i was told to make a repair appointment with one of their service centers in another country and the costs of both the fixing and the shipmment will be on me, as if the phone wasn't 6 days old when i first realized the issue.

The technical team doesn't give you a permanent solution to the error and i believe that deep down they know that the issue will only escalade to the camera ultimately not working at all but they stall and make it seem as though the issue will be resolved by their measures. i tried all those steps y'all keep telling everyone to perform on their devices and it works for the first launch and then goes back to the same error but now my question is, how do you expect us to keep rebooting and repairing the software of a device that we've paid so much money for?  and at whose convenience? it's totally disheartening to get a device thinking it will be what it was potrayed to be then it doesn't, this is a very intricate industry and y'all know this but at least be blunt to your die hard supporters that their was a mishap.I will however be buying the Xperia 5 soon and i hope there won't be similar problems.

Thank You
