I just found out that there are certain pre installed apps on my device (e.g., Amazon something, etc.) which I cannot uninstall but can only disable.
Is this indeed the case or am I missing something? That's quite surprising and cheap at the same time I think!

@LogicalDude you're not missing anything, some of them unfortunately cannot be completely removed, just disabled. the silver lining is, they're stored in the system partition, so they don't take up the space that's accessible for your own files and apps.

You also can uninstall these apps via ADB for your current user. But this is pretty much the same as deactivating them.
