Hi @chopa, let me see if I can help out here.
Your post has been translated to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.
Could you please elaborate your question a bit? If you want to view the IMEI of your device, open the phone dialer and enter *#06#.
Please do elaborate and feel free to return to me if I have misinterpreted your question in any way!
Thank you for the images, @chopa.

After "reset to factory settings" the phone does not see the SIM card, and EMAI disappeared
Thank you @chopa for your quick reply!
Have you been able to test different SIM cards in your phone in order to see if it may be the SIM cards that is malfunctioning? If the behaviour persists with another SIM card, I would suggest that you try to repair the software on the phone using a computer and Xperia Companion. Keep in mind though that a software repair will erase all user data from the phone, so remember to do a backup of your user data before proceeding with the repair.
Let me know how it goes!
The issue is not only with the IMEI not showing but nothing helps to restore it. In addition the phone started to roboot after a minute or so and it keeps doing that over and over till it's turned off.. Tried different sim cards, no service, no sim card. Tried to restet, tried hard reset.. Tried safe mode. The same issue is persistant like if something is blocking but won't go any further unless we receive some advises.. Not sure but digging in the root will void the warranty ?
Hi again, @Jacob4.
If the software repair as I mentioned in my previous post do not manage to improve the functionality of the phone, I believe that the best thing to do is to get in contact with your local support team in order to have the phone sent to an authorized service center. If you have any questions regarding the service such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these kind of questions are best answered by your local support team as well.
I hope that helped!
