Make sure you know the username and password of your Google account.
- Computer: Download and install the Xperia Companion application from: https://support.sonymobile.com/es/xperia-companion/
- Open the Xperia Companion application.
- Turn off the terminal.
- Click on the box that has this phrase ¨I Can not detected or started¨ or “the computer does not detect the mobile”
- Connect the device to the computer with an original USB cable.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
Note: remove the SD card and memory card before doing it
