Xperia software Repair

hi,

I'm not able to perform software repair for my phone. I've tried so many times everytime I'm getting same error. Please look at the photo attached. Progress bar is reaching half then my phone turns off then my phone connects to computer then this error is showing up. Please help !. My phone is Xperia XZ2 Compact. It is still running build .32 Android Pie.

Have you tried doing a software reset from the settings menu on the phone itself?
