Xperia xz3 restarting on its own accord

So i have read across the forums ,my phone still keeps restarting on its own , i habe removed the sd card, still happens , i have got a new sim card ..still happens ... I have done a factory reset , still happening , I have done new update via pc companion ..still have same issue .. What can this be... Ive had sony for 15 yrs and this is the first time ive had this issue or issues with sony mobile ... Plz help me fix this

Hi @GrimReap3r, sorry to hear about this.

The update you did via Xperia Companion, was a normal software update or did you perform a software repair?

If you haven't performed a software repair, please do that as this is a bit different from a factory reset as it will reinstall the latest available software in the device.

Remember to backup your data with the same program as the software repair will delete all data stored on the internal storage.

Hi, yes this was a software repair via the pc, the device still keeps restarting, sometimes every 5 mins for about 20 mins then stops doing it..

Very annoying

You have now tried everything that you can do on your own and my recommendation now is that you get in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a repair for you.

If you have any questions regarding warranty, service routines and so forth, they are better equipped to answer this as I work Globally and the terms/routines will vary between markets.
