XZ Premium Charging Problems - Board to Board Connector

After some quick advice if possible on fixing a charging issue with Sony XZ Premium.

I started having charging issues last month and phone would only charge when pressure applied. 

Stripped phone down and replaced USB port/charger flex cable and the issue still occurs.  Identified the problem as the board to board (BtB) connector.  This is the connector to which the charger flex cable connects to the motherboard and seems to be common problem for a lot of users and the charging issues are actually due to this connector being lose from the motherboard than a charging port fault.

A lot of people online say they needed their BTB re-soldered or replaced.

Has anybody replaced a BtB on an XZ Premium before, removed an old BTB connector or have a picture of a motherboard with the BTB connector removed?

Hi, I recommend that you check the repair options for the device as it seems to be a hardware issue, it's better to send the device for the technicians for inspections.

I got the same problem, it is the Board to Board connector for Sony Xperia XZ Premium..

I am not sure why this mobile is unsustainable in term of hardware but it is really frustrating to have such an issue and this port to exist on the motherboard meaning that you can end up losing your mobile if any minor issue happened while fixing this problem. Not to mention that you can't find this part available in the UK market. 

Sometimes, I regret buying a Sony mobile for these bad things..
