My xperia xz premium, when I connect the charger or to my computer the phone freezes then turns off and a solid green light appears and I have hard reset it with the up volume button and the power button the phone then resets and comes back on but as soon as I connect the device to charge or to the computer it freezes and shuts off then the green light comes back, has anyone else had this problem and how can I resolve it.
