I appreciate I'm probably the only person in the world doing this and so nobody will have an answer - you get used to that after a while - but I thought I'd ask anyway. Of course, I have no idea if this is a Sony issue or something else.
Bluetooth mouse with Logitech mouse works a treat.
Screen mirroring with Miracast (note: this is not the same as "cast") works a treat.
But when using them both together, the mouse is unusable. It slurges and skitters about in fairly random directions, and only with considerable care and patience is it possible to eventually land it on the desired button.
I'd be grateful for any ideas on what to do (apart from stop trying to use this combination!).
Mirroring is to a Fire TV Stick, by the way.
The reason may be the same as when remote play was first used on PS4, the dual shock would lag and stutter and it was a terrible experience.
The reason for that, was 2.4ghz.
Both the WiFi, and Bluetooth use the same 2.4ghz frequency and they constantly interfere with each other.
See if you can connect and cast on a 5ghz band ( If your router has it) and then check the mouse interaction.
Does this connection combination work with any other device ?
