Bravia Theatre U headphones go out of sync when my android mobile receives a notification

My Bravia Theatre U headphone work well with my Bravia tv and soundbar system. Unfortunately when something happens on my samsung galaxy s21 ultra phone, like a notification,  the headphone sound goes out of sync with the tv picture. Please help.

Hey @chrisc2055, Is the phone connected to the TV? Can you explain more the issue is not that clear

My phone had been paired with sound system when I set up and kept auto connecting every time I used the u headset. I have severed this link and solved the problem.
