My Soundbar HT-SF200 has started to mute itself and is picking up my sky remote control and stopping me working sky. I have reset the sound bar, tried both the HDMI connection or other cable but nothing works

or as Peter suggested, disable Bravia Sync and check how it goes.
Hi,
Looks like a compatibility issue. Please ensure that the software on all devices is up to date.
If this is the case then you might have to switch off CEC (HDMI control).

My sky box is plugged in so constantly updates so could it be my sound bar that needs updating and if so how do I achieve that please as it isn’t connected to the internet and how would I update the software please? It has been fine up until 2 days ago
