Hi can some one help, bought a couple of vaio VGN-AR51E laptops, and sent off for the free spiderman blue ray discs, waited till they came put them in the machine and a no go on either machine with either disc,
upgraded the OS on one to ultimate for work and still no go, went on to the down load update system for win dvd the software that came with the machine down loaded that on the ultimate machine and now when a disc is put in get message about an AACS key update required,
I say yes it then takes it to corel, and that is as far as it gets, bit anoyed paid the extra for the blue ray and as of yet cant get the thing to play... help please before i call them to take the machines back
