always i am getting a error message something like this media gallery is trying install and next message is

error 2738.Could not access VBScript run time for custom action . i dont know why its showing like this . i think every 5 to 10 mints between its showing like this . someone pls tel me how can i sort it out .

This error message indicates that the VBScript engine is not currently registered on the machine where the install/uninstall is taking place.
