Removing saved words

Does anyone know if it is possible to remove saved words from the tablet?  i.e. words that I have previously typed and have been saved automatically by the tablet?

One or two annoying suggestions keep popping up.

Removing them is quite painless.

- Goto "Settings"

- Goto "Language & input"

- Goto "User Dictionary"

- Click on the red cross to remove the words you do not wish to keep

That should be all.

Unfortunately there is nothing in there.

These are words that the tablet has automatically remembered (without me wanting it to).
