Voice messages

After updating all voice messages from me sound too quiet, voice volume level is too low. Phone microphone and multimedia sound are ok. Please, do something.

LauraGe, thank you for the information. As I understand, the only way is Hard reset, but I strongly believe that Sony would repair the software. I send a message to support, but still no response from them.

Sony, please, say something about situation. The upgrade is a nightmare.

Someone actually tried to reset but it did not work. The Problem is not solved!

Yes, I saw it, so I'm not going to do it ... I can save the breakdown if it doesn't work anyway 😄

Hab gerade mit denen gechattet. Wissen noch von nichts und empfehlen die Software reperatur, die aber nicht funktioniert.

Wäre schön wenn jeder sich dort meldet, damit sie es wahrnehmen

Did you get some kind of feedback? Did they give you a tip how to solve the Problem? No one replies to my emails, so I do not know if there is a way to fix it yet.

I have no replies too. No information at all from Sony. Factory reset useless. I want android 9 back, but don't know how to get it.

Have the Same Problem since the Update. Did everything including hardreset. Nothing worked.

It's defo the Update.

I think they ported the Update from a device Like x3 or newer (and in a hurry) but they didn't change the values for microphone sensitivity of the x2 / x2c resulting in lower mic sensitivity / lower record Volume.

Seit dem Update habe ich Probleme im whatsapp die sprachnachrichten stummen plötzlich ab und sind extrem leise... Bitte um Hilfe 

Since the update I have had problems in whatsapp, the voice messages suddenly become silent and are extremely quiet ... Please help
