The update is available in the UK..
If the update does not appear automatically in the bottom right of your tablets screen then follow the advice from andyrlea..

My PS Store version is showing as 1.0.0..
ah thanks for that, just wondering as I thought my update was a dud but it just seems as though they just didnt change much. I was hoping for more content in the store.
I'd just like access to the store, the reader, any video service at all. Being an Irish customer is not a good experience right now.
Manually downloaded went smoothly - nothing new but more responsive kb it seems, definitely better on wifi reconnect, screen rotation slicker.
Would love to know what will be in December update tsked about on ambassador blog.
